Community & Charitable Work

Here at Chestnut Village Apartments in Bordentown, New Jersey, we are committed to community involvement. As owners, we get to know our residents on a first name basis and believe establishing personal relationships is a great way to foster a positive living experience.

Chestnut Village is apartment living with a neighborly atmosphere. Residents are often found engaging in friendly conversations or assisting each other with daily chores.  The historic nature of Bordentown fosters a deep sense of small town living that touches everyone here.

Getting Involved At Chestnut Village Apartments:
We have a pay-it-forward spirit that encourages our residents to volunteer and give back in any small way they can.  For those wishing to be more involved, we support a number of volunteer programs structured to help others not so fortunate.  We believe we can be more than a neighborhood, that we can be a community of caring individuals helping each other and those needing it most.

Our past accomplishments include:

  • The only South Jersey apartment complex to become a member of the Northern Burlington Chamber of Commerce
  • Created a foundation for Autism in partnership with others
  • Supported the Sunshine Foundation’s Operation Dreamlift
  • Helped raise funds for Bordentown City's Veterans Memorial

On a more local level, we support the YMCA’s Strong Kids program, the Bordentown Rotary and local recreational sports teams including youth soccer, youth basketball and little league.

Whether it’s participating with Habitat for Humanity efforts, mentoring at the local elementary school or assisting in local food pantry collections during the holidays, we invite our residents to join us in giving back to the community and be part of something bigger.
